I have had the pleasure of working with Angela from November 2020, to July 2021 to sell a house in Waterloo. It was a long drawn process: to deal with a difficult tenant, extensive repair and refreshing of the property (as the tenant left the property in a bad shape), staging, and finally putting the property on the market and subsequently to a successful sale. Angela worked tirelessly throughout these processes; she was always proactive; knew exactly what and when we need to do certain tasks; she coordinated and arranged with all the contractors for multiple jobs in the house. I was very impressed with her work; she was thoughtful, very hard working and always accessible. Her participation during the whole project was well above and beyond my expectations from an agent. She must be one of the best in her profession, and I feel lucky to have her as my agent.
