As seniors, we decided to sell our home after 23 years and move to an apartment. We required a Realtor and after checking, we were very quickly referred to Angel Baas. She is very well known for doing a fantastic job, being extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Angela covered areas we hadn't even thought of and she had a very comprehensive market evaluation. She left the package with us so that we could read it through ourselves and then give her a call back when we had decided what we wanted to do. We checked through everything and felt confident in listing our home with Angela. Our home was listed at a mutually agreed upon price. The house sold in less than a week over the asking price.

Angela's expertise in her field is superb. She is extremely personable and supportive. As seniors, we were feeling a lot of stress with this big move and she could not have been more helpful.
