And that same evening, Angela stayed late to draw up paperwork and help us determine a fair offer for our dream house, which we saw that afternoon. We thought we knew what to expect when buying a home but soon learned there were more moving pieces to stay on top of. Working with Angela, we felt she had our best interest at heart and often kindly touched base to make sure everything was unfolding smoothly and if she could assist.

When it came time to finalize our accepted offer, Angela made sure all of the conditions in our offer were met and had suggested some that did not occur to us. She also set us up with an online moving concierge service that really helped with making sure that all the little things (like setting up postal forwarding, changing addresses with service ON, etc.) got done and the move was as stress-free as possible.
